Ordering from our Online Catalog is easy when you follow these simple
steps:
- Shop the online catalog by selecting from the parts menucatagories at the top of each page.
- Click on the picture of the item you are looking for.
- If you want to purchase an item, enter the quantity next to the price of the item and click the "Add to Cart" button below.
- After you select "Add to Cart," the appropriate part number will be added to your shopping cart (your shopping cart appears automatically). You can check your sub-total and delete items from your shopping cart as you go along by selecting "View Cart" at the top of each page.
- If you want to continue shopping, select "Continue Shopping."
- Once you're ready to send your order, click on "Check Out."
- After you've selected "Check Out," Your order form will appear.
(Please remember that all orders will be shipped to your credit card billing address only.)
- Provide the proper credit card information and then hit "Submit Order."
- Soon afterward, you'll receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail. The acknowledgement includes your order number and other important information about your order.

Shipping Methods
Inside the continental United States, you have five shipping options:
- UPS Ground Service is the default shipping method for most orders. Internet orders received
before 2:30 pm PST on in stock parts are shipped the same day we receive them. If you are submitting an order
near the 2:30 pm cutoff time, please call our toll free number to verify that your order has been recieved.

How to Return an Order (SORRY, NO CASH REFUNDS)
When returning an order, there are several important things to remember:
- Hose cut less than 6' in length cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.
- Whenever possible, please return the part in the original
packaging with a copy of the original invoice in the package.
- All returns must be sent prepaid -- no collect shipments
will be accepted. However, if ERL shipped you the wrong part, we will
send out a UPS call tag to pick up the package. We will make the correction,
credit, or charge the price difference and send the correct part back
to you -- freight free. Insure the part for full value to protect yourself
against loss.
- We strongly suggest you ship the return by UPS Ground
Service. All truck freight, air freight, and overseas returns
must be authorized in advance. In these cases (truck freight, air freight,
and overseas returns) please contact us before shipping. No bus shipments
accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Store credit only, no cash refunds.

- Damaged Merchandise: Any claim for damage must be made
to UPS. Do not return damaged merchandise to ERL unless requested to do
so. Please call 1-800-PICK UPS (1-800-742-5877) and request a damage inspection.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the purpose of this online transaction, "ERL" shall mean American
Street Rod Performance Products, its owners and employees; and "Customer"
shall mean Customer, its agents, and/or employee.
ERL reserves the right to add, change, or delete any and all information
contained within this website without notice.
In consideration of purchasing merchandise it is agreed as follows:
1. WARRANTY. There are
NO WARRANTIES ,
either expressed or implied. Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be
liable for any loss, damage, or injury, either direct or indirect, arising
from the use or inability to determine the appropriate use of any product.
In the connection, the user assumes all responsibility and risk. There is
no warranty of merchantability. We reserve the right to change
specification without notice. Customer acknowledges that the use intended
of the vehicle is for automotive racing competition and/or off-road use
only. The purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, specialized
street rod equipment, and all parts and services sold by ERL are exposed
to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed
and used. Any reference used anywhere at anytime to "street cars," "street
rods," or "pro street cars" does not refer to cars that can legally be
used on public streets or highways. The term "pro street," "street rod,"
and/or "street car" simply refers to a class of show cars designed and built
for operation at off-highway events only. No product or service is designed
or intended to prevent injury or death. Purchase and/or use of any products
from ERL implies recognition and acceptance of these terms and conditions
by consumer.
Sorry, there are
NO CASH REFUNDS. All returns are subject
to a
25% restocking fee and the customer will be given
an online store credit only. The original purchaser may, within 30 days
of the date of purchase, exchange an item if it is returned in its original
unaltered condition. Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HOSE CUT LESS THAN 6'.
2. SPECIAL ORDERS. ERL reserves the right to require
the customer to prepay in full any special ordered items and custom hose
assembly. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on special orders, customer
hose assemblies, or discontinued items.
3. REFUSAL. All refused COD customers will be billed
a 25% restocking charge plus freight to and from the destination.
4. BACK ORDER POLICY. Occasionally a BACK ORDER will
happen, even with our large inventory. Once in a while, the demand for
certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied
with adequate stock. We will make every effort to contact the customer to
substitute for a similar item. Active back orders are kept open for a maximum
of 60 days unless canceled prior by the customer. Back orders are not charged
until the actual shipping date. The charges will be billed by the same method
as the original order (credit card or C.O.D.)
5. RECEIPT/INSPECTION. Customer acknowledges that he
has, or will, personally inspect all products and hose assemblies purchased
from ERL (regardless of point of delivery) and finds it suitable for his
needs. Customer acknowledges receipt of all items listed on the invoice
and that he understands its proper operation and use.
6. WARRANTY ON HOSE ASSEMBLIES. All hoses fabricated
by ERL are pressure tested to 100 – 125 PSI and free from leakage when
given to the customer. There are no returns or exchanges on hose assemblies.
Hose assemblies will be warranted against leakage for 30 days from the
date of invoice. This warranty shall only be limited to repair of the hose
assembly and shall not exceed the purchase price of the hose assembly.
We reserve the right to inspect all parts returned as defective and to refuse
repair. Damage or defects caused by the customer will not be warranted.
Damage includes, but not limited to: misuse; improper use or suitability;
improper installation; abuse; exceeding the rated capacities of the hose;
damage due to overturning; overloading; cross-threading; galling. We will
make every effort to repair the hose at a minimal cost or no cost to the
customer.
7. INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS. Customer will take all necessary
precautions regarding the installation of custom hose assemblies and/or
fittings, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage.
Customer agrees to hold harmless ERL from and against any and all liability
claims, judgments, attorneys' fees and costs, of every kind and nature,
including but not limited to injuries or death to persons and damage to
property, arising out of the use of the hoses fabricated by ERL.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE – DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY.
Customer is fully aware and acknowledges there is a risk of injury or
damage arising out of the use of non-OEM/DOT hoses and fittings and hereby
elects to voluntarily use these hoses and fittings and assume all of the
above risks of injury or damage. Customer agrees to release and discharge
ERL from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury or damage
arising out of the use or operation of said hoses and fittings. Customer
further agrees to waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for injury
or damage against ERL which customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.
